Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a virtual assistant with previous experience working for tech founders or CEOs. Additionally, strong skills in video editing and a background in graphic design are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the founder/CEO.
  • Manage the founder/CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and events.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone calls.
  • Manage video editing tasks, such as cutting clips, adding effects, and enhancing audio quality.
  • Create and edit visual materials, including graphics for social media, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant for a tech founder or CEO.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or others.
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
