Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a virtual assistant with previous experience working for tech founders or CEOs. Additionally, strong skills in video editing and a background in graphic design are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the founder/CEO.
- Manage the founder/CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and events.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
- Handle email correspondence and phone calls.
- Manage video editing tasks, such as cutting clips, adding effects, and enhancing audio quality.
- Create and edit visual materials, including graphics for social media, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant for a tech founder or CEO.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or others.
- Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
