Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the Application Development Lifecycle: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development process, from ideation to implementation, and ensuring seamless execution.
• JIRA/Scrum/Agile: Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development and manage sprint cycles, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
• Translating Business Requirements: Bridge the gap between business needs and technology by translating strategic goals into actionable product plans.
• Writing User Stories: Create clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria, detailing product functionality and customer expectations.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the technology, operations, sales, & client success, as well as directly with our customers, to gather feedback, align on priorities, and drive product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a product management role, particularly in a tech startup or similar fast-paced environment. 
• Strong understanding of the application development lifecycle, agile methodologies, JIRA, and Scrum. 
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, and thrive in an evolving startup environment. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
• Proficiency in writing user stories and managing sprint cycles. 
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams and customers.
