About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and others. This role is pivotal in driving our company’s growth by leveraging targeted digital advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    • Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. 
    • Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage daily spend and overall budget allocation for paid media campaigns to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Target Audience Identification:
    • Use demographic data and user behavior to identify target audiences for each platform. 
    • Customize ads to align with the interests and behaviors of different user segments.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging and compelling ad visuals and copy.  
    • Test and optimize creative based on campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis. 
    • Utilize analytics tools to track engagement, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
  • Optimization:
    • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, keyword management, and other relevant techniques. 
    • Adjust strategies based on analytical insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Reporting:
    • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and adjustments. 
    • Communicate key metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Platform Expertise:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in paid advertising platforms. 
    • Apply best practices and innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, including SEO, content marketing, product development, and sales to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media, managing significant budgets across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with audience targeting, campaign creation, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and bid management tools.
