Job: Operations and Customer Success Manager
Job Description:
As an Operations and Customer Success Manager at our Client’s early-stage startup, you will play a critical role in helping them build and sustain their operations, while also ensuring the satisfaction of their B2B customers – multifamily property owners. They are a growing apartment marketplace catering to dog-owning renters, and they’re looking for an all-rounder who can handle a diverse range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks and project management to customer success and relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Manage and run internal meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment with our business goals.
- Update dashboards with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to track progress and make sure we’re on track to achieve our targets.
- Handle general administrative and project management tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Customer Success:
- Be the primary point of contact for property owners once they sign a contract with us.
- Collect necessary property information, including photos, dog policies, dog amenities, and other relevant details.
- Handle customer inquiries, address their concerns promptly, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Develop relationships with our customers to ensure high retention rates and build loyalty.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Prior experience working with US companies/individuals is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or customer success roles.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and part of a team.
