Our client is looking for an experienced IT/System Engineer. Success in this role requires excellent organizational and execution skills, and understanding of the technical and business context. This role requires partnering closely with the Head of Operations, Sales, and Engineering to drive growth and operational efficiency for our client.

About Our client

Our client is building the next generation Medicare consumer platform to make healthcare less complicated for older Americans. Their platform combines technology with local healthcare expertise to help consumers choose the right insurance plans, find the best doctors, and make the right healthcare choices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver enhancements to systems
  • Owner of the Sales and Marketing systems – Salesforce, contact center systems, and Marketing automation platforms
  • Help with troubleshooting and support team members with any sales and marketing system technical issues
  • Support deployment projects as needed
  • Improve and build workflows within systems. You’ll identify, prioritize, and quantify process improvements. You’ll design, build, and improve systems that contribute to operational excellence.
  • Problem solving + multi-tasking + extremely detail-oriented. You’ll manage, own, and solve problems, and make strategic decisions on what should be prioritized within Operations from a technical standpoint

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in startups
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Contact center system experience is a plus
