About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team of software engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing and implementing models, and using machine learning algorithms to generate insights that drive our products.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to identify areas where data can drive product and business decisions.
• Analyze complex data sets, create predictive models, and develop algorithms to optimize the platform performance
• Help design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and machine learning.                

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Pandas, or Numpy.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and big data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
