Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Suite
- Experience with inventory management, sales tax, QBO integrations, and reporting platforms such as Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to new solutions
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor files and process bills, including leading the approval process and maintaining vendor relationships
- Track sales reports and monitor payments
- Perform bookkeeping duties for operational company documents
- Reconcile credit card transactions and manage expenses
- Prepare and file chargeback paperwork
- Monitor cash register deposits remotely
